What impact can a business coach have

Running a business is not for the faint of heart.

It takes commitment, drive, and a willingness to put yourself out there. Being a creative entrepreneur is full of challenges—it can be isolating, exhausting, and you may feel like you’re blindly navigating all the roles you play.

But if you’re a creative business owner—you know that when that fire sparks within you, it’s nothing something you can just ignore. You know the sensation that accompanies chasing your dreams, you know how easy it is to lose sleep planning about where you want to take your business.

When you partner with a business coach, you’re asking someone with more experience and insight to help guide you on this journey. You’re investing in someone who is on your team—someone who wants to see you and your business thrive.

What is a business coach?

In simple terms: A business coach is someone who helps guide you in your business.

In more complex terms: A business coach is someone who empowers you to take action in your business, someone who equips you to improve your current ways of doing things, someone who teaches you how to sharpen your skills.

A business coach is your business’ lifeline. They’re the person you turn to when you’re stuck. They’re someone whois in your court, ready to help when you need it.

This seems like an appropriate time to introduce myself. Hi, I’m Ivy Malik, a business coach who helps creatives (specifically introverted creatives) learn to charge more, define their niche, fall in love with sales calls, and more.

Five ways a business coach can help your business.

1.    Remember how I mentioned that creative business owners often feel isolated and like they’re navigating their business in the dark? Hiring a business coach can offer clarity.

I understand how it can feel like nobody gets it.

Nobody quite understands the stress, the imposter syndrome, the anxiety, and all of the things that accompany running a business than someone who is a business owner.

I take my years of experience to help shine a light on your path. I coach you through what makes sense for your business. I’m your soundboard, I’m someone who is in the trenches with you, and eager to help you wherever you need it.

Whether it’s clarifying your niche, landing higher ticket clients, or something else—I work with you to create a strategy that you’re confident in.

2.    A business coach’s goal is to help your business grow.

My priority is to support you in the ways that you need support.

For some people, they know exactly what type of support they need, and how to ask for it. Other people feel like they need help, but they aren’t sure exactly where they need it—no worries, I work with all types of creative business owners to help you build the business of your dreams.

3.    When you invest in a business coach, you’re investing in your business.

Sometimes, business owners know what they need to do, but they need someone to hold them accountable.

A business coach is more than an accountability partner—but that doesn’t mean you aren’t going to get an accountability partner.

When you invest in a business coach, you’re investing in someone whose primary goal is to help your business grow.

A business coach is going to push you, guide you, encourage you, empower you, and equip you to take action and grow.

I want to see you succeed.

How much does a business coach cost?

Many business coaches offer a variety of different package options. For example, I have The Winners Circle, a 1:1 business coaching option, and a sales coaching program available. I provide a variety of options so that my clients can choose what’s best for their needs and what works with their budget.

My sales coaching program starts at €399per month, yet my 1:1 business coaching start at €3000 per month. This range creates more opportunities and is reflective of how much time I, as your business coach, am spending directly supporting you and your business.

When you choose to invest in a business coach, you’re choosing to invest in the growth of your business.

How do you find a business coach?

I’ll be the first to say it: one size does not fit all when it comes to finding a business coach.

You need to find someone who you vibe with—their goals need to align with your goals.

The people I work with our creative business owners who feel stagnant, they’re people who want to land higher paying clients but they don’t know how to, they’re often people who find money talk awkward, and they’re people who need clarity in the direction of their business.

My business coach (yes, I have a business coach too) is someone who is more focused on helping me work through the areas that I want to go with my business. They’re not focused on teaching me how to sell—they’re focused on offering insight on the areas that I’m blind to in my business.

When you’re choosing a business coach, I recommend you:

-      Book a call with them to meet them –if you’re going to invest in their services, you want to be confident they’re someone you trust and can learn from

-      Read their reviews

-      Ask yourself what you want from investing in a coach, and confirm with the coach if that’s an area they can assist with

At the end of the day, you need to choose a business coach who you’re confident and excited to work with.

Concluding thoughts.

What’s stopping you from investing in a business coach? Is it funds? Your fear of failure? Your fear of success?

Where will your business be one year from now if you choose to invest in it today?

If you’re interested in connecting with me to learn more about any of the services I offer, you can book a free vibe check. This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss what would be the best fit for you!
